Equipment for sealant testing of containers, heating tanks, fuel tanks
This equipment is used for semi or fully automatic leakage testing of various containers after a welding or assembling process. Different semi or fully automatic systems are used for the leakage testing itself. Air is used as a test medium.
Steel part hardness testing
Wieser provides a wide range of hardness testing equipment. This is used for semi or fully automatic testing of parts ranging from small steel components to large steel rings (diameter 4m) or train wheels.
Machining centres for green parts/compacts
Systems for the machining of green parts/compacts constitute an important part of the Wieser machine portfolio. Machining operations extend from drilling to milling and grinding. Deep hole drilling equipment is available as well.
2D/3D drilling equipment
Wieser builds machines for the drilling of a vast array of components. These are special versions that differ from the standard items available from the market.
2D/3D milling equipment
2D/3D milling systems round off the machining portfolio of Wieser. Robots with machining spindles make it possible to machine complex products, even in 3D.
Universal laser machining systems
The use of laser technology in the machining of materials is growing in importance continuously. Wieser offers universal laser machines flexibly equipped with fibre or CO2 laser sources as well as flexible work spaces and also flexible systems for transport in and out for the product. For the processing of a wide range of materials (metals, plastics, fibre reinforced composites and natural materials). 3D processing is especially a strength of these machines.
Automating of laboratory testing jobs
Wieser automates testing jobs in the laboratory area. Included in this is the automatic feed of the test specimen, product transport to the individual test stations and discharging these test specimen. The test stations themselves depend on the product and are selected and integrated depending on the application.
