Plants for battery production
Wieser has been familiar with battery production processes for many years. The diverse know-how ranges from fully automated assembly of battery stacks and battery management units to welding of cell modules - both for battery electric vehicles and for stationary buffer storages.
Laser welding and assembly machines for automotive powertrain parts
Wieser builds semi and fully automatic assembly and welding equipment used for the production of drivetrain/powertrain modules and components. The design and construction of such equipment is modular and customer driven.
Equipment for assembling and manufacturing automotive safety systems
The Wieser range includes semi and fully automated equipment used for the manufacture of automotive safety systems e.g. belt retractors or tensioners. These systems are integrated in vehicles from all the leading OEMs. These types of assembly lines are designed and built to customer specifications. Close cooperation with the customer during the project phase is essential for high quality equipment.
Equipment for heat exchanger assembly
On this equipment, all individual components (e.g. trays and turbulent sheets) are conveyed, assembled via handling units (e.g. robots) and then soldered fully automatically.
Equipment for wire cutting, bending and embossing
Fully automated production of sensor system components e.g. for brake fluid level indicators where the wires are uncoiled, cut, embossed and then re-cut

Semi and fully automated assembly equipment for diesel injectors with complete monitoring of all assembly procedures.
Screwing station for screwing with large forces and torques
Wieser designs and manufactures screwing stations for larger forces and torques: e.g. 100kN and 2000Nm.

Equipment for separating steel cables and pressing with cable loops
This equipment is used for the automatic unwinding and separating of steel cable and subsequent assembly (pressing and embossing) with cable loops
Assembly equipment for vehicle electronic modules
Wieser also produces semi and full automated production lines for the assembly of electronic modules and electronic assemblies for the automotive industry and/or e-mobility. The range goes from automatic parts feed, assembly, function testing, marking up to packaging.
Loading and unloading handling for all types of presses
Wieser produces handling systems, which are used in loading insert components in presses or injection moulding machines with subsequent removal of the finished parts. An additional expansion with diverse testing tasks (e.g. camera inspections) and the magazining as well as packaging of the finished parts is also possible.
Assembly machines cable distributor
In these machines cables are welded to various groups/nodes and assembled with attachment parts (housings, sealings,...). The machine design is done according to requirements from the customer.
Production machines for wiring harness (round and braided wires)
In these machines the cable is unwound from the drum, cut using the cutting process and provided with cable lugs and soldered. Testing tasks, such as resistance and voltage measurements are also a part of these machines. Machine design according to customer requirements.
